our annual nye music extravaganza was a sensational evening once again…word has travelled the globe that this nye party is the most sought after red carpet affair amongst the rich and famous…i was so very lucky to score a ticket and witness the arrival of the stars on the red carpet…
michael jackson, nicole kidman, hope from days of our lives and patrick swayze were the first to arrive…
followed by foxy lady, mother theresa, captain jack sparrow and uncle scotty…
a hush fell over the adoring crowd as marilyn arrived…
also captured were isla fisher, famous artist chezza from the back shed, couldnt help another image of nicole kidman and the $100k borrowed tiffany necklace, and one half of blues brothers also made a late arrival…
homer bought cartons of duff and sweet maggie…
and then screaming fans bought the house down when miley cyrus joined the party goers…
our nye is a time for catching up with family and friends, enjoying simple food and ample alcohol and comparing lame christmas gifts and low bank balances…
but everyone was anxious for the main attraction - the annual performance of rivals to the partridge family - the robinsons! a once a year, 2 day rehearsed, joining of immense family talent to play and sing to their fans…
this family is incredible…they are harmonious, dedicated, extremely talented, and enjoy every single moment of performing…
the crowd were stunned when cat von dee landed on the stage for a standout performance of her own songs…
this is my fave…jack on the left has a voice to melt hearts and a talent far beyond his years and michaela not only composes her own hauntingly beautiful music but sings so brilliantly it hurts and daniel on the right is such a born natural it is a shame for his fans he is about to become a dad and retire from the touring circuit…
and, before we received a visit from the local mr plod, the band put down their instruments and joined everyone on the dance floor as we boogied away until the early hours…
i left to crawl into bed just before 3am, but not before i caught for your gossiping pleasure indiana jones in a strong embrace with nicole kidman…you heard it right hear folks - first - on the pm blog…
